Dry Skin vs. Dehydrated Skin: What’s The Difference?

Just as thirst isn't a helpful indicator of hydration (by the time you feel thirsty, chances are you’re already dehydrated), dry skin is not necessarily a helpful indicator of dehydrated skin.
