Week 1: Mask Ritual

• Apply Silica Mud Mask generously and evenly to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Use 2–3 times per week.
• Follow with Mineral Mask to soothe and replenish skin. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then gently rinse or tissue off. Use as needed for hydration and balance.

Week 2: Morning Ritual

• After cleansing, apply BL+ The Serum to face and neck. Let it absorb fully.
• Follow with BL+ The Cream Light, massaging gently into the skin to lock in hydration and support the skin barrier.
• Use the Blue Lagoon Gua Sha tool on freshly moisturized skin to help boost circulation and promote a sculpted, lifted appearance. Glide with light pressure in upward strokes.

Week 3: Evening Ritual

• At night, apply BL+ The Eye Cream to the under-eye area using your ring finger. Gently tap until absorbed.
• Follow with BL+ The Cream, applying to face and neck for overnight repair and deep hydration.

Week 4: Body Ritual

• Smooth Body Oil onto clean, damp skin after bathing to seal in moisture and nourish.
• Apply Lip Balm as needed throughout the day to soften, protect, and relieve dry or chapped lips.
  

When do I need a face mask?
Face masks are optimal for targeting specific skin concerns by improving skin health through highly concentrated doses of actives, vitamins, and nutrients. Masks are designed to create a physical barrier that seals in beneficial properties for a set period of time, enabling a prolonged infusion of nourishing ingredients.

What is the shelf life of the products?
After they have been opened, the products are good for six months. To ensure this, avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures.
